Yes. We treat children, adults and older patients — from a child’s first check-up and fluoride application through to full-mouth rehabilitation and dentures.
Procedures are carried out under effective local anaesthesia, so you should not feel pain during treatment. Some tenderness afterwards is normal for surgical procedures, and you are given medication and clear aftercare instructions.
With good oral hygiene, no smoking and regular check-ups, implants are a long-term solution and frequently last decades. What fails implants is usually gum disease around them, which is why maintenance visits matter.
Absolutely, and we welcome it. Bring any X-rays, reports or treatment plans you already have. You will get an honest assessment, including when the original plan was perfectly reasonable.
Yes, without exception. Instruments are sterilised to hospital-grade protocol and single-use items are discarded after every patient. You are welcome to ask about our sterilisation process.
It can be. Rapidly increasing swelling, swelling under the jaw or in the neck, fever with dental pain, or difficulty swallowing or breathing all need urgent attention. Call us immediately rather than waiting for a routine appointment.
Pick it up by the crown, never the root, and do not scrub it. Keep it moist in milk or the patient’s own saliva and get to the clinic immediately — ideally within the hour. Call on your way so the team is ready.
Yes, routinely. It is essential that you tell us about these conditions and bring a list of your medications, because they change how treatment is planned — particularly for extractions and surgery.
Yes, and please tell us at the start rather than trying to hide it. We explain each step before doing it, agree a stop signal so you stay in control, and allow longer appointments so nothing feels rushed. A first visit can be examination and discussion only.
Yes. Digital dental X-rays use a very low radiation dose, far below traditional film. We only take them when they will genuinely change the diagnosis or the treatment plan. Do tell us if you are or might be pregnant.
Usually 30 to 45 minutes. That covers your medical history, a full examination, X-rays if they are needed, and a discussion of your options and costs.
An appointment is strongly recommended so you are seen at a set time rather than waiting. For emergencies, call ahead and come straight in — we will make room for you.
Cost depends entirely on what you actually need, which is why we do not quote fixed prices online. After your examination you receive a written plan with costs listed before anything begins. Where more than one reasonable option exists, all of them are explained — not only the most expensive.
Yes. We offer both paediatric and geriatric dentistry, including preventive care for children and full-mouth or prosthetic rehabilitation for older patients.

Most root canals are completed in one to two visits depending on the tooth and the extent of infection. Microscopic techniques allow many cases to be finished in a single sitting.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, so it is not painful during treatment. Mild discomfort for a few days afterwards is normal and easily managed with prescribed medication.
