Dr. Tasveer Fatima, BDS, MDS, FICOI (USA) is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and Implantologist practising in Lucknow. Her training spans two of the state’s busiest trauma centres — KGMU and SGPGIMS — where she managed complex facial injuries, jaw fractures and orofacial infections as Senior Resident in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

That surgical background shapes how Elegancia works. Routine dentistry is handled with the precision of microscopic and laser techniques, while complex cases — impacted teeth, jaw deformities, cysts and tumours, facial trauma, failed implants — are treated in-house rather than referred elsewhere.

Dr. Fatima holds a Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI, USA) and is a life member of the Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India. Alongside clinical practice she serves as Assistant Professor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, teaching the next generation of surgeons.

How Dr. Fatima works

Two things shape every consultation at Elegancia: an accurate diagnosis, and an honest conversation about it.

A great deal of unnecessary dental treatment happens because the real cause was never identified — teeth extracted for nerve pain, root canals redone because a canal was missed, implants placed without assessing the bone. Getting the diagnosis right first is what prevents that.

The second part is telling you the truth about it, including when the honest answer is that you do not need treatment yet, or that a cheaper option would serve you just as well.
